Hi there, hope someone can help me! A few months back I was having a whole heap of problems with my Versa not syncing, until I gave up and went back to my old one. I recently restarted it, factory restarted it and it has seemed to be working, up until the last few days.
Now the app (And the Fitbit) is saying I have done far more steps and active minutes than I have. This morning, it seemed to think I had done 30,000 steps before I had even woken up. (If only I could sleepwalk that much exercise! :p)
I have tried resetting it to factory settings and I am currently running the most up to date version of the app on iPhone.

Is someone else using your other Fitbit? If so, is it still linked to your Fitbit app? I made that mistake with my old one when I gave it to my husband and when he synced, it went to my Fitbit app cuz I hadn't disconnected it from my account.
