My daughters Fitbit Versa seems to be dead. It hasn't been charged in a while and I get nothing when I try to turn it on. I have tried charging it but no lights come on the back of the watch. I can't restart it since it's went come on at all.

Hi there, @bsmith56. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your daughters Versa.
These seem to be a charging issue, so as a first step, I would like you to try cleaning the charging contacts on the back of the device using a toothbrush and some fresh water.
I also need you to clean the pins that are on the charging cable, you will need to use a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol, making sure no pieces of the swab are left on the pins.
Finally you will need to connect it to another USB port or a UL certified USB wall charger.

Same thing happened to mine, it was actually losing a charge while on the charger. Now it's a dead brick.
