Fitbit Versa shows up but won't connect to bluetooth

So I just got my new Fitbit Versa and while it does sync, I can send clock faces, and it shows up in my Samsung Galaxy S8s Bluetooth menu, when I go to tap it, it just does nothing at all. Fix?
