So, I've had my Versa for at least six months, and recently I've slept through two important alarms because the vibrations didn't work. I tested the vibrations by setting another alarm while I was awake, and using the Relax app. Neither had any vibrations. In case anyone needs to know, I got my Versa new (in a sealed package) off of eBay, and I have tried checking my settings and restarting my Fitbit. Any suggestions?

@GalacticPixel, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the vibration issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
Finally, try setting up the alarms again and see if the issue gets fixed.
