My daughter's Fitbit Versa smart watch will only work while it is on charge. I have shut the watch down while it is on charge as well as a factory reset. Nothing seems to be working.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please share your results! I went through the same thing and its not fixable. Hopefully yours is under warranty and they will support you with a replacement.
