Fitbit Versa steps and calories mixed up

My steps walked are shown under the calories icon on both my watch and app and my calories burnt are shown under my steps walked. This is affecting my calorie allowance for the day which is now saying I can eat up to 10,000 calories for the rest of the day!
I have tried restarting my Fitbit as well as logging in and out of the app on my phone but it’s still not working. Any ideas?

I've never seen such a thing.  Can you post a picture or phone app screen capture?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Strange.  I also note your Active Minutes are not reasonable.  Does 11,973 steps (listed under calories) seem like a reasonably correct number for you?  I just wonder because it seems that many steps should give you much more distance than 4.63 km.  Could it be that 4325 steps is correct, and your calories are just somehow all out of whack, either by weight somehow getting set way too high, or heart rate recording too high all day, also causing extra active minutes?

BTW: excellent job on posting screen cap.

No it was working fine up until this evening when I looked at it, I haven’t changed any personal settings that may have altered it. Tried pretty much everything but still not working. It appears to have done the same for yesterday’s data, however, I looked at yesterday’s data this morning and it was correct. Strange!
