Fitbit Versa stopped working after factory reset

My Fitbit Versa wont turn on after factory reset and is not low on battery and I have tried to reset it with the buttons but nothing is happening not even a vibration.

Hi @Josh_88  - unfortunately there is a known bug in the factory reset which can kill the watch totally.

 

You can talk to Fitbit about it from the app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

But it showed the 0%battery symbol

@Josh_88  - that's the bug, that's all it shows when battery is empty otherwise you get a black screen.

 

Never found anyway to fix it.

It’s really disappointed because it was a gift from my grandmother who said never let anything happen to it so I’m very sad that this has occurred 😔😖

@Josh_88  - quite understandable, I would be too, but warranty is 1 to 2 years depending on country law so if you know where she got it you can may be get it replaced, not quite the same value as the original though. Sorry
