I bought a Fitbit Versa a year ago and I was super happy with it until I decided to go swimming with it. A day later it stop working although it stays you can swim with it. I contacted support and because I had it for a year they cannot do anything to help me except give me a discount to buy a new one. So basically the fact that they say you can swim with it is a complete lie. Very disappointed.
