So after the update a few weeks ago, my Versa started misbehaving. Multiple soft resets, uninstalling and reinstalling app, Bluetooth, etc. Finally yesterday I did a Factory reset. Now it won't switch on, no life when attached to charger (we have two, checked on both), help please!!!! Oh and now there's a new update to fix the issues after the previous one- great!!!

Here are the Instructions to start your watch
After a factory reset you have to setup your watch again
Once the watch is alive and being charged
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Set up a Device |

I've already tried that, still totally black screen.

If you charged the watch and tried to start it and it doesn't start, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
