Fitbit Versa to the DROID TURBO

I have been unable to pair my Fitbit Versa to the DROID TURBO by Motorola. I have had two computer savvy sons working on it and neither of them can get it to stay paired. I am ready to return it.

That phone is on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so it should work.

 

I assume you are trying to pair it via the fitbit app rather than the phone's bluetooth settings. How far through the setup process are you getting and what error are you getting?
