That sounds really weird. Try a factory reset. On the watch go to the settings app and scroll down to About.

I have the same problem- both sleep and weight data are completely out of date on the versa. They are fine on the iOS app on my phone. I’ve tried a restart of the watch with no joy.

I am having the same issue. Don't tell me to reboot, I've rebooted a number of times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing makes the sleep tracking work. It's also not tracking active minutes. Why isn't Fitbit doing something about this issue that has been going on for MONTHS. Please help.

I managed to fix my issue.
I think the root cause may be related to getting my pone repaired. I had restored it from a backup, and although the bluetooth connection seemed fine and the App was getting data from the watch, something was causing the problem.
I tried a couple of reboots with no luck. In the end I deleted the watch completely from within the app. Then I reinstalled it. Since then everything started working again.

Well, it worked for ONE sync.....now I have to restart my phone and watch EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to Sync up. That is SO ridiculous!
