Fitbit Versa too small for men

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

First I want to say it’s great Fitbit made a smaller watch; others are too big, for women.

Contrary to what every review I read before purchasing about the size, the new Fitbit Versa is a woman’s watch guys. This is not the “perfect” size for all (but may be the perfect Fitbit for women)

Don’t be fooled by the box, which makes it looks big, or any of the pics you see online.

I’m not a big guy with huge wrists; 5’9 160lb

Here you go… sorry, I’ll stick with the ionic and this is going back tomorrow

I'm a male and I am six feet tall; 185 pounds. The small band on the Surge was too tight. The small band on my new Versa fits just right. I'm kinda skinny though.

I guess it depends on what you like in a watch. Some men prefer smaller watches, but if you like them big it is probably not for you.

I can't view your photo for some reason - do you mean it doesn't fit? Or just aesthetically?

The band width could have been a little bit wider in my opinion but it is a personal taste thing.

@WendyB, @John200 did, but it's just showing as a broken thumbnail.

I understand how you feel. They should have made it slightly taller like the pebble, but they probably avoided this to differentiate themselves from looking like the Pebble Time Steel 2 that was phased out before production and the Apple Watch. I think it balances out with a good band, however.

The smaller your watch is.  The bigger other things will look.  Just saying.

Doesn't look bad to me.

Fitbit could've offered 2 different sizes for sure.

@RodBos, the watchface is called BEACON.

Ok guys, i think its the "special edition" band. It comes with the classic band too, just put that on, and what do you think? is my cinco de mayo night still wearing off, or is this fine?

@blu-steel, thanks buddy.

1) Clockface is called BEACON (see picture below).

2) Band is a large size (6.5-9.3") black milanese magnetic band from Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B07BFV3FZK/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1525649276&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX236...

I was trying to help a friend and thought this might be of use to some of you. There is a wrist band extender available that will fit the Versa and Charge 3. It’s from Amazon. Tap here for details.

I know this is an old thread, but the Versa 2 has been out a while and I see the marketing hasn't changed at all. Everything I see with the Versa series shows pictures of women wearing it, and it's mostly showing colors like pink, white, green, etc. - colors *most* men won't wear.

Is this really a "woman's watch"?
