My Fitbit Versa turns off during the middle of the run. It has done this every time since Saturday. And the worse part is that it does not save my data correctly and reflects incorrectly on my data. It is messing up my data and getting frustrating.
I spoke to the customer service and they said this is normal.
Anyone else having this issue and able to fix it?
