I've been using my Fitbit every day for many months now but it suddenly has started doing strange things. First it started turning itself off (even though it is fully charged) and the Fitbit logo will just stay on the screen for ages, and today it turned off and when I turned it back on, the screen wouldn't work. I did a manual reset and it seems ok now, but the edges of the screen appear blue and I don't know when it is going to suddenly turn off again. I have tried doing the full factory rest by holding all buttons, releasing the bottom right, and I wait until my fingers hurt for the vibration but it never happens and the factory reset won't work. I have tried this several times. My phone can't seem to sync to the tracker now either. I am using an Android phone. Are there any other suggestions for what I should try to do?

@SimSamFit, welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Versa not working correctly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please retry the factory reset by following the instructions in this help article. Note that you will need to set it up again after this.
Let me know how it goes.

This isn't going to work for me because I cannot get my Versa to turn on. If you have any other suggestions I would love to try them.
