Having my Versa for 6 weeks now. I yesterday went completely blank/black screen. I initially thought that the battery just drained quick, since it was fully charged the previous day. I placed in the charging dock no indication that it charged. Left it overnight. Still dead in the morning. Search on the topic how to reset it. I did the reset with the 3 buttons in for 10 seconds and nothing, no reaction. The device is also really hot.
Help please.
