Fitbit Versa white colors on the face look yellowish

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The whole text and colour as a whole looks yellowish on the screen. I have reset and factory reset and it still is showing this way.

Can anyone explain what has happened and even better if it is fixable?

Thanks

HI @RieW  -  have you been using an Always On display that may cause screen burn?

Otherwise probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help check it out..

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.
