Fitbit Versa will not boot after factory reset.

Recently, I have come across an issue where my Versa will not sync after losing connection to my Android phone after any amount of time. The workaround I had found to resolve this included removing the device from my Fitbit app (and account) and then set it up as a new device. As this has recently occurred again, I have attempted what is seemingly the last reset my versa will ever perform. Now, the Fitbit will not turn back on.

Solutions I have attempted include:

- Charging the Fitbit overnight to ensure it continued to have at least a 75% charge.

- Holding the single button and the lower of the two buttons for 10 seconds.

- Holding in all the buttons for 10 seconds and then waiting for the Fitbit logo to appear. (The Fitbit logo has yet to appear)

Ever since I did the so called update last month, this versa has had problems. I would not go back to the correct date and time, let alone track steps! I think that I haven't even had it for a year. So, I did the force stop and restart, that has worked twice. Yesterday I couldn't get that to work. So I did a factory reset, the versa turns on, but just tells me to download the app, in about 300 languages. 😳 I've  synced it, forced more stops and restarts.. and nothing. It worked just fine before that update. ☹ I wish that I had listened to my first instinct to not purchase it. Plus, I'm having a reaction to try the band now. lol
