Received my Fitbit Versa for Christmas 2018 and now it is dead. At first the heart rate monitor stopped working and then it was not holding a charge for very long (a day or less) and now it is dead. Will not turn on even after being left on charger over night. I have tried the reset sequences and nothing seems to work.

I’m experiencing the same problem and received my Fitbit for Christmas 2018 as well. Not sure about the heart monitor because I haven’t used it, but it has never been good about holding a charge and then recently just died.

Have you taken any steps to resolve the issue? I have tried holding down the single button and back button for 30 seconds multiple times as well as holding down all 3 buttons. No change. Still blank screen.

I’m not aware of any steps to take. I was hoping I could receive some instruction from this website or see if anyone else has experienced this issue and what they did to resolve it or had to get a replacement. Mine is completely dead and has been for maybe 2-3 weeks now. I’ve held down buttons, let it sit in it’s charger through the night... it doesn’t do anything. I read where another girl on here had a similar problem and they got back to her with a case number and said she’d have to send it back for a replacement. I don’t foresee there being a remedy for it because the battery was faulty and now completely dead 😕
