Got a new versa was so excited to try and start back tracking everything. And I've spent all day trying to get it to connect. Mt blue tooth recognized it. But the app will not connect it. Says found... Then goes back and says restart blue tooth and restart versa.... Done this a million times... No luck. At all. I've looked for answers everywhere... I'm going crazy here please someone help!

Hi, unfortunately your phone is not supported by Fitbit at this very moment. This does not mean you can use it with Fitbit, but only in an other, limited, way. See this article about setting up your Versa . Use Fitbit connect to connect your Versa to your PC untill it's supported by Fitbit.

@Jmahanay Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, the information that shared @SunsetRunner is correct.

 

As a side note, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion, which requests compatibility between the LG Stylo 4 and Fitbit trackers. The more votes this request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

Hi. I recently got a versa 2. Was sad when I found on here that versa wont sync with Stylo 4. So i tried it anyways. I got it mine to connect. Hope youre to now.

Try stylo 4 plus. The reason y say because use i stylo 4 plus it with it just fine i start in aug 2019

What I don't get is that I had mine connected to my Stylo 4 and had to get a replacement and now it doesn't work. I have tried to get it connected to my computer with no luck. I am now trying my tablet so hopefully it'll work. I am disappointed for sure about this issue. I had it and my watch stopped working and I got a replacement only to be told it no longer works 😔
