Fitbit Versa will not hold a charge

My Versa will turn on when in the charging cradle but will not hold charge.  I have cleaned it all,  changed outlets and usb connections and it won't charge.  Seems to be working fine while in the charger but dies immediately when taken out. Extremely disappointed as its only 18 months old,  I don't get it wet and I look after it. Barely a scratching on it. Even  more disappointed because you can't get the Rose gold and white versa any more so I can't even replace it.

How do I make it charge or who can I send it to to fix the battery?

My Versa 2 is having same issue. I replaced the charging block. Then replaced charger. When it’s on charger it shows it’s charging but the percent charge is going down. Last night started at 40% now at 31% after being on charger all night.
