For the past week or so my Fitbit Versa has been having issues staying connected to my iPhone 7 running ios 13.1.2. At first it was just the versa not controlling music playback through bluetooth, but now it's gotten to the point of not connecting to my phone unless it's in the charging cradle. I will remove the versa and it will maintain connection for a minute or two, but it will then drop the connection and refuse to reconnect. Since it's not connecting the Versa doesn't track time correctly.
I have tried restarting the versa, restarting the phone, removing the device from the account and re-adding it, forgetting bluetooth and re-pairing it. I have tried to get the versa to sync with multiple devices across multiple Operating Systems (Windows 10 PC, iPad, Android 7.0 phone, etc.) and it will not maintain a bluetooth connection. I even tried restoring the Fitbit to factory settings. All that managed to accomplish was to downgrade my firmware to Version 32.33.1.30. And now, due to the flaky bluetooth, I can't update the firmware. The update never shows up!
I have had this thing for a little less than a year(Black Friday item), and I really love it. I don't know if this kind of issue is covered in the limited warranty, so hopefully someone has a good suggestion of a way to fix this through software.

I had already done those troubleshooting steps before, but I did it again just now to make sure. I still have the same issue. When not on the charger, the Fitbit Versa won't maintain bluetooth connectivity. The Versa still won't track time accurately. The Versa won't control music playback. Still can't update. I'm thinking this is a hardware issue.
