Fitbit Versa will not turn on after a factory reset.

Hello,

My Versa was not syncing correctly or updating, so I read a few topics and restarted it. After the initial restart, I noticed that it still did not sync nor update. I then tried to factory reset the device from the settings menu and it immediately turned off and has not turned back on. At the time of the reset, it was at 94% battery. I tried holding the left and lower right button and nothing occurred. I also attempted to hold all three buttons and still had no luck. Nothing vibrates, there are no lights and the fitbit logo does not appear. I have attempted to charge it as well, but it has not changed. I read a bit more and I have also tried to hold the buttons for 3 minutes, but still nothing has happened.

Hi @Lily2023, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
