Try doing several restarts in a row. If that doesnt work try a factory reset (instructions below). If that doesnt work you will need to contact Support (link in my signature ) Let us know how you go

Restart your tracker

FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up.  Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

I have followed the instructions given and glad to find that my Versa can be switched on.

However, after I charged it (either by using USB port from laptop or universal charger), the battery can only last for 2-3 hours from fully charged to empty and then drained (switch off).
Please kindly advise if you have any other solutions, since this problem is happening less than 1 week after I unboxing this Versa.
Looking forward for your reply.
Thank you

I'm having the same problem. I tried the factory reset and it didn't work. Please advise as I'd like to get back to wearing it. Thanks.

Sent mine in for the same issue. They replaced mine with a new (I suspect refurbished) versa. It has now quit turning on as well. So once again contacted customer support just to be told to kick rocks since the warranty is now expired. Less learned. When it breaks within three months, get your money back! Do not buy a Versa FitBit!

I have tried to factory reset and no luck

My Versa will also not start.  I’ve tried everything and I know it’s fully charged, but it won’t turn on.  I had a Charge HR and a Surge before the Versa and they also quit working after a couple of years.  I am done with Fitbit watches.
