Fitbit Versa will not turn on I was in the water and after that it will not charge it will not turn on I reset it I put it in rice for 24 hours nothing seems to help I've called the help desk I do not have a receipt so I cannot return it it's a Fitbit product and you think they they would replace it if there's damage to the product that they say is waterproof I'm very dissatisfied and very unhappy I love my watch but don't say it's waterproof if they did not please help
