Fitbit Versa won't clear texts

Hi!

 

Got my fibit versa December 1st. It was working great, haven't dropped it or anything, but now it won't clear texts. I've restarted it, I've rebooted it and it fixes it for maybe a few hours before it happens again. It used to not clear only 1 message but now it's not clearing 3 messages. Is this an update issue? My fitbit was in no way damaged.

@coritherien the good news is it's not your tracker. It's a bug in a Fitbit mobile app. For whatever reason the dismissed notifications do not get cleared from Fitbit mobile app notification channel. Try rebooting phone as well. And Versa. If that does not help clear Fitbit mobile app cache (if you're on Android) or simply uninstall and reinstall Fitbit app.
