Fitbit Versa won't connect with phone's Bluetooth

Fitbit versa bluetooth connects for a minute then it is gone .  Cannot synch versa anymore ,  when I try to set it up a new , it cant find versa , but if I reboot versa device , it will be found but after few minute the setup cannot find the versa anymore

@mikee1111972, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the it won't connect with your phone's Bluetooth properly unless you restart it.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset in order to fix this issue. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. After this try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
