Fitbit Versa won't pair with my phone or computer

Yesterday my fitbit versa quit pairing with my phone.  I have done everything I can find to do on the forum and help info, including soft resets, turning off and on my  phone and my bluetooth, removing all paired devices from bluetooth, removing and reinstalling the app on my phone and re-logging in, and also trying to pair it via bluetooth to my computer.  I am able to sync via wifi, so my data is still showing in the app and on my computer, but I cannot get bluetooth to pair.  Most of the time versa isn't even showing as a pairing option, but I can get it to show after the soft reset at times, or after turning off and on phone or bluetooth, but everytime when trying to pair, it says to put versa in pairing mode.  What is my next step?  Thank you for any help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @nkwnpsy. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa won't pair with your phone or computer. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and providing the additional details. I appreciate the information that you see your synced data in the app and on your computer. Syncing is the process that transfers the data your device collects to your Fitbit dashboard. Fitbit devices use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to sync with phones, tablets, and certain computers. For more information, please see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

Please let me know if you continue experiencing this difficulty, I will be glad to assist you further. You can confirm the complete troubleshooting steps in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Keep me posted, I'll be around.
