Fitbit Versa won’t restart after shutdown per directions.

I did a shut down on my fitbit versa, and now I can not get it to restart.? holding down the start button isn’t doing anything?

When I shutdoen mine, i went into settings then about i think then down to shutdown. Now it won't power back on. It also doesn't show anything on the screen if you put it back on the charger. Just seems dead.

Per YouTube instructions I slid the screen to settings, scrolled down to about, then scrolled down to shut down. I pushed shut down & the watch turned off. Since then I have NOT been able to restart my watch.

@BigC If nothing happens when you put it on the charger, I would try what I described here.

It finally synced up w my I Pad, but still can’t get it to be recognized by the phone.?
