Hi there, My Versa is having problems connecting to Bluetooth on my Samsung S8. It seemed to happen straight after the latest update for device just recently. I have followed all links and tried everything that others have tried.
It randomly connects when it wants to.
Please help. Do I need to return product or are you able to work tech magic to fix.

I'm having exactly the same issues and everytime I contact Fitbit they tall me through the same troubleshooting stuff and eventually its briefly syncs again. The next day the same problem. Mine kept saying it cant find the device and this seems to be whenever the last fitbit app update took place. Its driving me mad as my Fitbit is less the a year old and dont seems to be getting anywhere with customer Services.

Same here . I have a galaxy Note 9 that is 1 year old, and a Versa since April. The only reason I "updated" from my Blaze was it would not take a charge any more. Ever since the last update I have to Re-pair my watch to to my phone for music controls, and that only lasts for 5 min. I still receive texts and phone notifications but that is it. Can't control Bluetooth speakers or headphones.

I am having the same issue! How come nobody is fixing this problem? I have to constantly restart the phone and the versa to receive notifications. What is the point then if I have to keep on checking my phone?

I just received my Versa Lite a few days ago. It also will not stay connected to my Android Moto phone however it does sync with my Samsung tablet without a problem. I guess it appears this is not a unique problem and there is no solution? I tried all the suggestions regarding rebooting so now what?
