Fitbit Versa won’t switch back on after shut down

My Fitbit versa won’t switch back on after shut down, I’ve try pressing all the buttons but now, even have it on charge...

NOTHING...!!! 😭😊

@Trishmkirby, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have pressed all the buttons and put it on the charger.

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charging cable.

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

i just encountered the same problem, my battery was zero this morning, charged it and it was full. Later I realized that the timing was off so I shut it down but now it wont switch back on. I've put it on the docking station but there was no vibration

Try a reboot, Left+lower right buttons for 10 seconds.
