I deleted my old Fitbit account and created a new Fitbit account on my app because I wanted to start over. After doing a “factory reset” on my Fitbit Versa device, then
-Deleting Fitbit app
-Turning off bluetooth
-Turn phone off/back on
-Turning on bluetooth
-Redoenloading Fitbit app
-Logging in and trying once more to sync my Fitbit account to my device
It STILL tells me “error, operation couldn’t something” after it asks me to input the 4 digit code to pair device.
