Fitbit Versa won’t sync after creating new account

I deleted my old Fitbit account and created a new Fitbit account on my app because I wanted to start over. After doing a “factory reset” on my Fitbit Versa device, then

-Deleting Fitbit app

-Turning off bluetooth

-Turn phone off/back on

-Turning on bluetooth

-Redoenloading Fitbit app

-Logging in and trying once more to sync my Fitbit account to my device

 

It STILL tells me “error, operation couldn’t something” after it asks me to input the 4 digit code to pair device.

@Lindseyboyd Did you remove your Versa from the Paired Devices list in your phone's Bluetooth settings? Try this:

 

  1. Unpair Versa from your phone's bluetooth
  2. Reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears)
  3. Place Versa in the charging dock near the router
  4. Log in to Fitbit mobile app with your new account's credentials
  5. Set up Versa as a new device.
