Fitbit Versa won't sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Versa for a month and it's been fine. Now it won't sync since early yesterday morning. I have tried turning Bluetooth off, resetting Fitbit and then turning Bluetooth on a number of times but it's not making any difference. Any advice please!

Hey @Hollyalix, it is great to see new members around! Thanks for sharing the steps you tried to fix this syncing issue prior contact us. Beside that, if by any chance you can, please try to sync your Versa either with another compatible device or with a computer (which can be a Mac, a Windows 10 or a Windows with at least 8.1 OS) Also, please take a look at the following article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes!

You also might want to note the time of day it is when you sync.  I find with my trackers that if I sync during peak times, such as lunch or dinner, it takes longer to sync.  Once you find out what the peak times are, try syncing during off times, such as mid-afternoon or after dinner.  At certain times of day, the Fitbit servers, like a lot of other types of servers out there get clogged or busy, so naturally, some will have to wait until a later time.  Annoying, I know, but if you don't want to wait, try syncing during an off-time and you will probably be able to sync right away.

Hey @Sh3lly, welcome aboard! Is it your Versa syncing fine now? If not, and the Bluetooth signal seems to be dropping, maybe as @DramaQueenDiva mentioned on that pretty helpful tip, you have to consider the time when you sync as well, and keep an eye on those times when it takes more time to sync your watch.

@Hollyalix, thanks for the update my friend!

Have a nice day guys and keep me posted!
