I woke up one morning and my Fitbit has no battery in it. I then went to charge it up and it wouldn’t get off 0% charge! I charged it for ages and it just stayed in 0%. I then realised it needed and update so I updated it and still nothing has changed. I just can’t seem to get it off 0%.
Is there anything I could do or do I have to use my warranty?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Once you've done those steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge properly.

Mine died and won’t turn on last night as well.
only gets hot on the charger - the above steps did not solve the problem
