Fitbit Versa won't turn on after a factory reset

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I performed a factory reset on my Versa and now it won't turn back on. I've tried the top right button, and also the left button and the bottom right button at the same time and nothing is working. I have it on the charger now but nothing has changed.

@jordanmichelle4 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on after a factory reset. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I am having a similar issue except I can't reset or reboot at all. My Versa just wont turn on. The app shows I have medium battery but charging it hasn't helped either. Screenshot_20190605-081801_Fitbit.jpg

@Gemini5261 thank you for joining us in this thread! Since your Versa is not turning on either and it can't be restarted, please try the workaround that I shared in my previous post. These steps are helpful for this type of issues. Once you've done those steps, monitor your Versa and see if it vibrates when plugging it in the charger and turns on.

Thank you for providing a screenshot of the page.
