Hi, are you able to use the Versa's touch screen? If yes, got to stettings, press it and go to Device Info and scroll down to "shutdown" and repeat that 4-6 times in a row. If that's not possible, then you're also not able to perform a Factory reset. In that case, I would advicd you to contact Customer Support.

@Gatho Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since it won't turn on even after restarting it.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa got back to life after trying the workaround that @SunsetRunner shared.
As a side note, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process as well but you can skip it since you already tried it before.
