So it’s not charging it shut down and nothing is working. I’m going to buy another charging dock today and see if that helps. I brought this new but off FB has customer service helped someone like me?

@Steelersgirl1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the new charger helped you to get your Fitbit Versa back to life.
In the meantime, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
