My Fitbit stopped working completely after updating the app. It now gets super hot when I try to charge it. The screen will not come on at all. Help! I have tried everything. I loved it and used it daily. Really am missing it but cannot afford to buy a new one, especially when I did nothing to cause it to stop working.

Try getting in touch with customer support through any of the available channels.
I would say, if the Fitbit is getting hot you should obviously avoid charging it/wearing it/having it nearby/etc 😅

Since you mentioned that your Versa got hot when plugged it on the charger, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
