It will not turn on and will not charge. I have tried the suggestions listed holding the left button and the bottom button on the right side. 2 days ago the fitbit versa went to 0% and has not charged or powered on.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After trying these steps, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I let it charge for about 2 1/2 hours and it was still dead.
