Fitbit Versa won't turn on or take a charge

I've had the new Versa 2 since Christmas 2019.  It's worked fine up until 1/19/2020.  It has stopped working completely.  The screen is black and will not power on.  I tried fully charging twice which did not work either.  Please help.

@Glama214, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up on the issue that your Fitbit Versa 2 is experiencing since it won't turn on or take a charge even though you have tried to charge it completely before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after trying the troubleshooting steps that @SunsetRunner shared.

I'd also like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

Looking forward to your response.

When fully charged, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.  If that doesn't work, try installing a different clock face, preferably one from Fitbit.

Hello and thanks for your feedback.  It seems to be working now.  I did not get a vibration when plugging into the charger.

I'm having this same issue. My versa 2 does not vibrate when out on the charger. Face is completely dark: won't charge or turn on.

I am having the same issue.  Is in while charging but turns immediately off when off the charger.
