Hi tonight my fully charged Fit Bit Versa has just gone off. I've tried resetting Factort settings and holding the buttons down for longer but nothing. There is no light on at the back either. Can anyone help just had it over a year.

@Boxy81 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
