Hi. So I got my Fitbit Versa last year and after about 6 months of use, I lost it somewhere in my house. About a week ago I came across it sitting in a drawer that I don’t use. I think I put it in there when I was decluttering my room. So for about 5 months, this fitbit has been sitting in my drawer untouched. It was working fine before I had misplaced it but I tried to charge it last night and nothing happened. There were no lights on in the back and the screen wasn’t turning on. I tried everything that was mentioned on this website. I even held down the buttons for three minutes like the one guy said but nothing would work. So I just decided to leave it alone and see if it would somehow turn on while being charged. So I was about to go to bed and then I saw that the fitbit logo show up on the face of the watch. I was ecstatic but then it turned off and went back to that blank screen. I didn’t touch it because I was hoping that it would turn on some time during the night or something. But this morning, I went to check and nothing happened. Still a blank screen. So I took it off the charger and tried to reset it again but nothing was working. So i put it back on the charger and came here to ask for help. But then, as I was writing this, it flashed the fitbit logo again. It was there for about 10 seconds so I took it off the charger this time and tried to reset it. Of course, nothing happened. Please someone tell me how to fix this. I don’t have my receipt or the box that my versa came in so I’m not sure if returning/exchanging is an option. I don’t want to have wasted $150

@Christianna17, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have tried to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried besides the restart process.
In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have only tried to restart and factory reset my watch because there is not much else I can do if it won’t even turn on. If there are any other solutions you can think of, feel free to reply with them. I’m willing to try anything. Also, when you say to change the clock face, do you mean to do that through the app?
I just tried to change my clock face through the app but it said I couldn’t because my device was not connected.
