Fitbit Versa won't turn on

My versa turned off in the middle of the day a few days ago. It had recently been charged so should have had 50-75% battery left. I have tried charging it for several hours and overnight. It gets warm on the charger so I think the charger is working still, but it doesn't turn on. I have tried holding down the back button and bottom button for several minutes and I have tried holding down all three buttons for several minutes. Nothing has worked and it is completely lifeless - no green lights, no vibrating, etc. Does anyone have any other tips I can try? It is only a year and 3 months old but of course that means the warranty is up. Thank you!

Ugh 😕 I don’t remember doing any updates but maybe. Definitely is a bummer I have been thinking about switching to Apple Watch but those are expensive 😬😬😬

Curious if yours is doing as mine.  When I attach to charger, I don't get anything.  Expecting to see charging percentage but even when tapped, nothing displays.

That’s exactly what mine is doing. 😞

I just got off the phone with customer support.  The young lady was very helpful.  Asked me if I had cleaned the charging prongs and changed charging outlets, all of which I had already done.  She then had me hold the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds.  I got the fitbit diamond!  Then placed on the charger - it was down to 1%.  But it started charging!  She told me to leave on charger until 100% - said charge % got so low, it locked up.  Looks like mine is working and charging as expected!  Hope this helps you!

ALSO: as soon as I put on the charger, she had me also go to app and sync to make sure connections were okay.

Sorry to hear that.  Guess it's time to call customer service (877.623.4997).  I was expecting to be on hold for awhile but they answered my call immediately.  Hope it works out for you.

I have a feeling this has to do with the update as it only happened when I charged it. It was the first time I charged since the update.

I just restarted my phone and it worked.  I did try earlier today and it didn't, but this time it did the trick.  I hope it works for all of you.

I turned my phone off and then on again and then held the bottom left and right button for probably at least 10 seconds and the Fitbit diamond came on and it did take a charge it’s at 100% and synching! 😍

mine never came back on but it is still under warranty so I can get it replaced. It’s still very strange that so many of ours all blacked out on the same day!

Hold the bottom left button and the button on the right together for probably at least 10 seconds and the diamond Fitbit logo should pop up! It did for me. Hope it works for you!

I’ve tried everything and spoke to Fitbit. Mine literally just stopped working. 78% charge and just blacked out. Luckily it under warranty

Bummer 😞 even after restarting your phone then holding the 2 together? Glad it’s under warranty. Mine isn’t so I was bummed at the time! Totally agree very strange.

Mine started acting funny last night when I put it on the charger. It went bright green, now it's black. I have tried to restart it and change the clock faces. Nothing has helped... Anything else I can do?
