Just spent a few minutes with Da on live chat trying to resolve my issues where my Versa of only having it a year stopped turning on. Its fully charged, app shows battery fully charged but the watch does not come on at all. I have seen other posts on the same issue and tried holding down the left button, all 3 buttons, and the left and lower right-still nothing. In chatting with Da from the live chat they cant figure it out and dont know why all of a sudden it stopped working and nicely offered me 25% off a new purchase. Are you kidding me, I just spent $200 on this a year ago, the product should last longer than a year! So unhappy with Fitbit right now

I know how you feel. My fitbitVersa stopped working. Luckily it was still under guarantee and fitbit sent me a new one. It also isn't working. I suspect they have a lot of problems with these phones. I won't be buying a new one or recommending them.

Same experience here! I hate that so many people spent all that money on junk ... just like I did #neveragain
