I bought my Versa under a month ago. I only use it to track my steps and look at the time.
I don’t shower with it or do some crazy workouts. However suddently at work it turned Black and now I can’t start it. I’ve charged it for a couple of hours, tried holding in the 3 buttons but nothing happens.
should I just return it at the store or is there a trick to turn This thing on again?

Got mine four months ago and it just stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Like you, no unusual activity. Just stopped working. It's being replaced. But I wish Fitbit would fix the problem. This has been going on for over a year.
