Have the Fitbit Versa, and it’s suddenly stopped working
i charge it up and the screen is working then 30 mins of wearing it and the screen goes blank
i tried restarting it completely and it worked occasionally
I contacted customer support and they said do the same as what I’m doing a hard restart
Any ideas? It’s a Fitbit Versa 2

Hi @Sirron - if your Versa 2 runs the battery down in such a short time it has a serious fault.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
You can do several things
Charge it normally and when it is fully charged sync with the Fitbit App and check it shows fully charged.
Sync again 15 minutes later and see the new charge level. If it is less than 90% charged it would confirm a fault.
The restart procedure is hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
A last resort factory reset isn't without risk (especially if it isn't fully charged) but may resolve some issues if they are temporary.
You can initiate this via the Settings, About Versa 2 menu or via the button.
