Fitbit Versa2 stop Synching with my Android Fitbit App 08FEB21 @ approx 3PM?

Are the any owners of Fitbit Versa2, recently; started experiencing synch issues between the Fitbit watch and it's companion App on their Android Phone?

There have been some issues but first have you tried restarting both the watch and phone to make sure its a persistent problem?

Yes, tried all those steps. Now the watch is completely dead. This is a fairly new watch. It was ordered Aug of  2020 around 5 months ago and has failed.

Starting takes a bit of getting used to, try

Worn on the left arm -

 

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

 

Squeeze for a few seconds till it vibrates, of course it should be charged first.

Why? Did you do factory reset instead of restart?

Tried Restart Several times without any success. Factory reset was the last option used.

Its like a new watch so it has to be setup again

remove versa from Bluetooth, logout of Fitbit and

reboot the phone, then with watch switched on

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Click on  + Set up a Device

Follow the installation instructions

Did all that. Even un and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone. It appears the Bluetooth radio has stop work on the watch. My phone Bluetooth is not finding the watch. It does find all my other Bluetooth devices including my old Surge. The approximately 6 mo. Old watch VERSA2 needs to be replace.
