Hi,
My fitbit versa is almost 13 months old and suddenly (yesterday) the battery performance started to drop from 100% by 10 pm to Zero by 4 am (sleep tracking stopped). I charged to 100% and dropped again in like 4 hours
I tried reset, stopping all day sync and no improvement
Called fitbit customer service number (onhold for 30 minutes no answer)
Any idea/suggestions

My only suggestion is to restart it several times, but not sure that will help. If it dpesnt, I think try Support again via a different method.
