In September my versa stopped monitoring heart rate and sleep. No green lights working!! I have shutdown, restarted and did a factory reset. Did Fitbit do something to the firmware that has caused these issues with so many. Fitbit cost to much to have to keep replacing them every year. Any suggestions!

Mine is exactly the same

It last recorded my sleep on 8th October. I have done everything they have said to do apart from the factory reset as it won't let me. Its gets to 18% then fails then takes 2 hours to get back.

So frustrating & can't afford a new 1

Mine records 2 hours a night and that’s it. I can’t find anywhere what to do. Ridiculous.
