Fitbit Warranty - Versa 3 and others

Hello my husband and I are long time users of Fitbit products.  We however have grown very disillusioned with the quality of the Fitbit products and the warranty that is associated with them.  Without going into our whole history with FITBIT, my husband and I purchased Charge 3s from Best Buy in March 2020,  Mine died July 30 the same year.  Fitbit replaced it.  It then died again in late June 2021.  This was replaced in mid July 2021 with a Versa 3.  One month (August 2021) later my husbands Charge 3 died and he purchased a Versa 3 (both from Fitbit directly).  My husbands fitbit died July 4, 2022 and mine died in August 2022.  My husband was offered a replacement because it was under one year.  I was offered a 35% discount on purchasing something else.  Unfortunately I can't buy another Versa 3 on the FITBIT website and I can't use the discount on a Versa 4.

So I'm likely saying goodbye to the FITBIT family.  Are we the only ones in the Fitbit universe that are suffering the results of poor quality manufacturing, slick marketing and poor support?

yep, has happened to me many times. they just don't last long at all. instead of making their products better, they just offer these conditional discounts on watches that customers don't particularly want. my versa 3 died after taking it swimming, and i cant buy another with the discount (its not even on their website) they don't care about customers. im done
