My fitbit Versa won't connect to my phone. I'm using Huawei Mate 10 pro. Weird because I was able to connect it to my phone before so why not connecting now? I've tried restarting my phone and bluetooth several times. Please help. Thanks you.

Hello @dolce_g may I ask what the problem is? 

Are you trying to record an exercise with GPS and the can't connect to the phone? 

Is it a notification problem or a sync problem and the phone isn't able to talk to the Versa?
